Hi ladies!! Personally, I put on some WEIGHTTT during the holidays, as I usually do, but I am now an expert at losing it & toning up again!!
My holy grail combo = low impact workouts and intermittent fasting. This is KEY to fat burn and boosting your metabolism.
There are many reasons I love low impact workouts, specifically walking & yoga, because they burn fat better than any other workout, but it doesn’t burn so many calories that I get hungry and eat more! I love how much it tones my body all over. I also love the balance it provides me and it really helps me control my diet and refrain from unhealthy cravings. 😊
Also, any model out there who is aiming for a slim and toned figure avoid lots of heavy cardio and stick to lots of walking, yoga, pilates and other low impact movements. It has helped me so much along my journey!!
The matching puzzle piece (and key component) of this combo, is IF, or intermittent fasting. This is a designated period of time where you don’t eat and it allows your body to break everything down, burn fat & has so so many health benefits!! I fast for 16-18 hours daily and start around 6:30-7:30pm. It is a GAME CHANGER. It has helped me really control my cravings and has healed my relationship with food.

It is aesthetically pleasing, tracks your fasting time, the phases your body is going through, water intake and even your weight!
