as much as it pains me to say and live these things, i wanted to share as someone who has been on a weightloss journey for quite some time😊

everyones journey is completely different, but these are some hard truths many seem to relate to and deal with as well. you aren’t alone!!
Navigating through the complexities of weight loss can be an emotional rollercoaster. The journey varies for everyone; however, there are universal truths that many experience. For starters, a calorie deficit is essential. This means consuming fewer calories than your body expends. Understanding that you must consider overall body composition is key, as you can't necessarily choose where to lose fat first. It's often a frustrating process, particularly when the last areas to shed fat might be those you'd prefer to see results from first. Additionally, acceptance is vital. You will experience hunger while on a diet, and it's crucial to differentiate between healthy hunger and feelings of deprivation. Instead of starving yourself, learn to manage cravings with better food choices and mindful eating practices. Maintaining balance is as important as sticking to any regime. Remember that exercising alone won't lead to visible abs if there's a layer of fat covering them; a comprehensive approach is required to see true progress. Ultimately, this journey is about finding what works for you, staying patient and committed, and recognizing that every individual's weight loss story will be unique.





luckily i am losing a bit of weight without doing anything different food wise, for me all it took was me working out daily! also protein drinks daily!!
