would you rather ~ diet edition✨
i had fun creating & reading all of your comments on the last one, so here we are again! 😊
everyone’s diet is completely different and things truly work differently for each and every body, whether it is going vegan or following a keto meal plan, or just simple listening to your body and eating whatever you want!!
i personally find it SO HARD to choose between some of these, but i enjoy a diet of “eat whatever i want but in moderation” lol. i intermittent fast ofcourse, and try to avoid eating after 7! i do not drink my calories usually and only have alcohol once a week. i also hate dairy and i think taking that out of my diet has helped me slim down, reduce bloating and clear up my skin! besides that girl, its FREE GAME!! 😊💗
also, you know intermittent fasting is my #1 choice!! i LOVE @Litely app, I have a link in my bio for any of those interested. It is definitely the biggest impact on my weightloss!

It’s so much fun to play 'Would You Rather' with food, right? But beyond the game, making daily diet choices can sometimes feel like a real challenge. We all want to feel our best, and what works for one person might not work for another. I've learned that listening to my body is key, and it's taught me a lot about navigating those tricky food decisions. Take intermittent fasting, for example. In the 'Would You Rather' challenge of 'Intermittent Fasting' versus 'Late Night Snacking' (which, let's be real, is often so tempting!), I've definitely found my rhythm with IF. For me, it's not just about skipping meals; it's about giving my digestion a break and feeling more energetic throughout the day. I noticed a significant positive impact on my overall well-being and weight management when I stopped eating after 7 PM. On the flip side, I used to be a big late-night snacker, and I often woke up feeling sluggish and bloated. It just goes to show how much timing your meals can influence how you feel. Then there’s the whole debate of 'Counting Calories' versus 'Counting Macros'. It’s an interesting 'Would You Rather' dilemma! Some people thrive on meticulously tracking every calorie or macronutrient (carbs, proteins, fats) to reach specific fitness goals, almost like solving a puzzle. And honestly, for some, that level of detail is exactly what they need to stay on track. For me, it feels a bit too restrictive. I prefer a more intuitive approach, focusing on portion control and making nutrient-dense choices most of the time. It's about finding that balance where you're mindful without feeling obsessed. Whether you prefer a detailed plan or a more flexible approach, the goal is often the same: nourishing your body effectively. Even seemingly healthy options can have their quirks. When faced with a 'Would You Rather' like a 'Smoothie Bowl' or 'Four Colorful Smoothie Drinks', it's easy to assume both are equally healthy. However, I’ve learned to be really mindful of hidden sugars, especially in pre-made drinks or bowls loaded with sweet toppings. I always try to opt for whole fruits, plenty of greens, and healthy fats like avocado or nuts in my homemade smoothies to keep them balanced. Similarly, deciding between a 'Salad' or a 'Poke Bowl' often comes down to what dressings and toppings are involved. A salad can be incredibly healthy, but a creamy dressing can quickly add extra calories. It's about making informed choices. Finally, remember how I mentioned ditching dairy helped me with bloating and clearer skin? That's a huge example of how paying attention to how certain foods make your body feel is crucial. Whether it's dairy, gluten, or something else, identifying personal sensitivities can be a game-changer for your health and comfort. Hydration is another simple yet powerful choice – choosing that 'lemon-infused mason jar of water' over sugary drinks makes a world of difference. Ultimately, it’s about making choices that align with your body’s unique needs and help you feel vibrant and healthy every single day. Enjoy the journey!
