i know some of us are too lazy or too busy to go to the gym, so here are some easy lazy girl habits that help with weightloss SO MUCH!!
1. 30 grams of protein for breakfast, i have so so so many different types of breakfasts that will help you hit this (ill post on it!) but it seriously SETS you up for success. it aids with cravings, keeps you more full & satisfied throughout the day, feeds your muscles & boosts your metabolism!
2. WATERRRR!! our bodies can NOT tell the difference between hunger and thirst ladies. it is so important to make sure you are properly hydrated throughout the day & this will really help with hunger
3. low impact exercises & walks! i LOVE my daily walks and pilates, this is so so so great for fat burn and slimming & toning
4. SLEEEP BABY!! this is absolutely vital, i promise you. it is so good for every single aspect of your life.
5. green tea baby. this is the pure reason i have a flat stomach. it helps so much with digestion, boosts your metabolism, curbs cravings, and is just absolutely such a lovely treat. 😊
