i promise ladies, making this choice changed everything!!

i have struggled so long with counting calories, the guilt from going over my limit, the food noise, the rules and restrictions, etc and it is NOT WORTH IT. yes, to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit, but you can easily maintain this without counting calories daily and being so strict & hard on yourself.

i was in a plauto with my weightloss, and i would be so โ€œgoodโ€ for a few days, then quickly gain it back. i could not stay on track, and it was because i was too hard on myself, too strict, and now that i have been eating intuitivelyโ€ฆ the weight is melting off again!

there are so so many benefits from learning to eat intuitively, i can not recommend it enough. it takes practice & dedication but i promise, your life and mindset will change.

you will be a lot less stressed, which is very helpful for cortisol levels and weightloss. you will be able to heal your relationship with food. you will lose the food noise. you will be truly in tune with your body, which helps with emotional eating / binging SO MUCH. you can enjoy food without the guilt, and still be able to make progress for your health or weightloss. ๐Ÿ˜Š
