winter arc rules!!
oct 1 is the new jan 1 🤭💗
the winter arc is THE challenge. instead of waiting until the new year to start grinding, working on ourselves & becoming our dream selves, we are doing it in the winter! by the first day of 2025, we will already be the best version we can possibly be. we will have our dream bodies, a strong and steady routine, and be in a grind flow like no one else!! we can start the year off so strong, sexy & confident.
if you are seeing this after october first, dont even worry about it! you can start days from now and still be ahead of everyone else and ready for the new year😊
start by writing down your goals, what you want to accomplish, who you want to become and write out some daily rules that will help you achieve it!

Okay, ladies, who else is pumped for their Winter Arc? I absolutely love the idea that October 1st is basically the new January 1st for getting our lives together. This isn't just about fleeting New Year's resolutions; it’s about building momentum NOW so we can truly step into 2025 as the best versions of ourselves. If you're looking for real, actionable winter arc rules to kickstart your transformation, you're in the right place! This winter arc challenge is designed to get you truly glowing from the inside out. First up, let's talk Clean Eating. This was a game-changer for me. My personal winter arc list for nutrition includes: 64+ oz of water daily: Seriously, hydration is key! I keep a huge water bottle with me all day, and I've noticed a huge difference in my energy and skin. Try adding some lemon or berries if plain water is tough. No fast food: This one can be tough, but so rewarding. Instead of grabbing something quick, I've started meal prepping simple, healthy options. It saves money and ensures I'm fueling my body right. No eating after 8 pm: Giving my body a break from digesting late at night has significantly improved my sleep quality. It also helps curb those often-unnecessary late-night snack cravings. Next, we absolutely need to prioritize Daily Movement. To truly embrace this winter arc challenge, you need to get moving! 10k steps daily: This doesn't have to mean hitting the gym! I consciously take the stairs, park further away, or do short walking breaks during my workday. Long walks or hikes on weekends are fantastic. 4-5 workouts weekly: Find what you genuinely enjoy! Whether it's lifting weights, dancing, or an online yoga class, consistency beats intensity. I love mixing strength training with some fun cardio. And let's not forget about our minds! Mental Growth & Self-Care are crucial for this whole glow up journey. 15 minutes of reading daily: Swapping endless scrolling for a good book has calmed my mind and expanded my knowledge. Audiobooks are great too! 20 minutes of journaling daily: This practice has been incredibly therapeutic. It helps me process thoughts, set intentions, and track my progress. Just write whatever comes to mind. Skincare & daily pampering: Taking a few extra minutes for a proper skincare routine or a relaxing bath can make you feel so much more put together and cared for. It's not vanity; it's self-respect. Finally, a big one for me was implementing No Distractions rules. This genuinely transformed my evenings and made me feel so much more peaceful. Remove toxic people: Setting boundaries with negative influences is vital for your mental well-being. Focus on those who uplift and support your journey. Phone on DND after 8 pm: This rule was a game-changer for my sleep! No notifications pulling me back into the digital world. I use that time for reading, journaling, or just winding down. Avoid 'brain rot' at night: This means saying no to endless scrolling or passive TV watching. Engage in activities that truly relax or stimulate you positively. Following these winter arc rules has genuinely set me on track for an incredible 2025. It’s not about perfection, but about consistent effort and building habits that serve your highest self. You've got this, let's glow together!
