My January reads

If I had read all physical books, I would have read - 15,627 pages.

If I had listened to only audiobooks, I would have listened to 446 hours (on regular speed) or 223 (on 2x).

I often listen and read the physical copy or go back and forth depending on the environment.

To achieve this, I listen to books while cooking, cleaning, driving, working, etc. I don’t watch tv, doom scroll.

I do play with my kids.

I eat dinner with them as a family.

I spend time with my husband.

I’ve read three books this month and finally finished reading The Fantasy Fiction Formula, which I highly recommend to anyone writing fantasy or adjacent genres. Blood Over Bright Haven by M.L. Wang was such an amazing discovery. I liked this blend of fantasy and steampunk vibe, and the tribes.
