📚 Authors I Love 💕
🤍 In no specific order because I have a lot of Authors I would buy immediately. (Part one!)
- Freida McFadden; I started reading her last year & let me tell you - these books are some of my favorite reads. They’re quick; they keep me hooked in; there’s always some drama. Now, if I binge too many in a row, I start to guess who-did-it. So I tend to break them up with other genres.
- Rebecca Yarros; literally I have been so obsessed with Fourth Wing since the first chapter. I immediately ran go get Iron Flame. Binged them so quick! But not only these, her contemporary novels are SO GREAT TOO! (like the Last Letter, which ripped my heart out and stomped on it for good measure)
- Jodi Picoult; I read ‘My Sister’s Keeper’ when it was released in 2004 & I think I’ve probably read it over 50 times now. It’s seriously one of my favorite books. I started reading her other novels & she quickly became a favorite.
- Tracy Wolff; I binged the Crave series & then I quickly read several of her other novels & let me tell you - I won’t hesitate to read any of her books!
- John Marrs; my Psychological Thriller King 👑 seriously, I have yet to read a book by him I don’t love.
- Jennifer L Armentrout; I found “From Blood and Ash” through Audible Plus catalog for free. Immediately downloaded/purchased the rest of the series. Then quickly moved on to other series by her. Will be an “auto buy” from now on. No hesitation!
- Jennifer L Barnes; there’s very few books I read the first of and cannot wait to get my hands on the second to see what happens next. When I read The inheritance games, I couldn’t find the next book locally and drove 45 mins to pick it up 😅 when I say hooked, I mean it. I also love the Naturals series! It’s so good!
And last for this round…
Natasha Preston; my YA thriller go-to. My first read from NP was ‘the Cellar’ in 2014 when it was a new release and I binged it so quickly. It was the only one I could find in store way back when & whenever I saw another one of her books I immediately bought & read. I’ve also gotten my teenager hooked on them. 🤭 She also writes some adult romance books, so make sure you pay attention if you don’t like spicy reads, I’ve also binged (and loved) those!
