Now, before your brain goes into overdrive, let's break it down. Hyperketosis isn't just "really high ketones." It's a state where your body is producing and utilizing ketones at a significantly elevated level, often intentionally achieved through specific dietary strategies and sometimes with the help of exogenous ketones.
