—Ingredients—

1 slice sour dough toasted

1 avocado mashed season with S,P and lime juice

2 tablespoons butter

2 eggs season with S and P

2 tablespoons chili crunch of choice

1. Toast your bread. While the bread toasts, cut open your avocado and remove the flesh and pit. Season the avocado with salt, pepper and lime juice then Mash.

2. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and whisk. Place 2 tablespoons butter in a nonstick skillet, add in the whisked eggs and cook to desired likeness.

3. Spread the avocado mash on your toast and top with the eggs then with the chili crunch and enjoy.
