Healing and finding my joy again. This is what it feels like and looks like when you face the darkness and shadows within you.

Finding your light and joy again. Feeling more connected to yourself. Lighter. Happier. More joyful. This is what I guide my clients towards in my sessions.

... Read moreHealing isn’t a one-time event but a continuous process of facing the shadows that reside within us. From my own experience and guiding others, I’ve learned that the key is to embrace the discomfort and exhaustion that come with purging negative energy. While these moments can leave you feeling drained, they mark the essential steps toward recovery and transformation. For example, after a day full of intense healing sessions, it’s common to feel completely depleted. Yet, the next morning often brings a shift, as if the universe rewards your willingness to face your inner darkness with newfound light and energy. Personal practices like talking to God or connecting with your spirit team can reignite that spark of joy and enthusiasm, making you feel more connected not only spiritually but to your true self. A crucial insight from shadow work is understanding that healing doesn’t erase the past but helps you move forward. You might still feel echoes of pain or exhaustion for days or weeks, but the direction is always upward—toward feeling lighter, happier, and more aligned with who you truly are. Incorporating small rituals into daily life—such as meditation, journaling about your feelings, or simply acknowledging your progress—can deepen this experience. Healing is about reopening your heart and reclaiming the joy life offers, especially after times when challenges knocked you down. Remember, everyone’s healing journey is unique. Some days may feel tougher than others, but each step you take away from suppression and toward acceptance builds resilience and self-love. If you’re starting your own healing journey, be patient with yourself and celebrate the little moments of happiness and light as they come.
