🍂 Samhain. Turn of the season into darkness 🕯️

🍀 The Celtic New Year, a time when the veil between the physical world and the spirit world is said to be thinnest.

The Celts saw it as the death of the old year when the light fades and nature “dies” before the rebirth of the sun at Yule (Winter Solstice).

It’s both an ending and a beginning.

Death and rebirth.

Honoring of ancestors.

How can you tap-in?

• Make an altar space including old pictures of ancestors.

• Lighting candles.

• Putting out their favorite things, foods or heirlooms.

• Meditating- Being a clear channel for Spirit to bring messages meant just for you.

• Journaling- writing letters to yourself or past loved ones.

I wanted to do something special beginning this blessed day of November. I first came up with the idea of “Neuroplastic Novemeber” with quantum affirmations + various quotes but that seemed too boring and nerdy and I didn’t want to type “Neuroplastic November” over and over again like just now 🤓

I will, however, each day this month share a picture with a caption reminding you of your power, magic and help you to enlighten and rewire your brain to bring ultimate rebirth + healing over 30 days “time” 🪄

Many blessings and look forward to the next 30 days of helping you to heal, ascend and flow thru life 🌀
