I remember the joy of reaching out to my first college friends and building strong bonds that have lasted for years. Despite life’s ups and downs, these friendships have remained a constant source of support and happiness. It’s not always easy to keep in touch, but I find that making the effort to stay connected—whether through messages, calls, or meeting up—truly strengthens the relationship. Sometimes, life brings sadness, and during these moments, those soulmates, the people who’ve known you since your early days, become even more invaluable. Reflecting on this, I realize my biggest flex isn’t just about accomplishments but about still being best friends with those I first connected with in college. It’s a reminder that nurturing meaningful friendships is crucial to our emotional well-being and personal growth. If you have friends who have been with you through thick and thin, don’t take them for granted. Celebrate these relationships and make time for them, because they are the true treasures that enrich our lives and help us overcome difficult times.
