My october wellness goals 🌿

aking up this morning to the start of the new month, I feel ready to prioritize my wellness journey again 🫶🏼 The end of the year is also just a few months away. I want to go into it feeling healthy & happier 🦋 These are the main things I want to focus on for myself 😇

One thing to note about the carnivore diet is that I’m doing a version that works best for me. I am allowing myself to cook with avocado oil, salt, pepper, & cracked red pepper. I’m also allowing myself homemade coffees because your girl can’t go without! I know that if I restrict too much, I will binge eat & throw out all my progress. This feels like a good way to work towards where I want to be 🩷

These are all great goals and don’t seem overly complicated. I don’t understand the carnivore diet, but that’s just me. I hope you can stick with the rest. I used to go on walks all the time but when it’s cold here it’s hard to want to go outside.
