Made these fluffy 🎃pumpkin pancakes🎃 for breakfast yesterday and they were delicious!🤤 original inspo recipe by the lovely coach_rachelpal on IG

I topped them with a drizzle to add a little extra sweetness since I started my period and the cravings were hitting😂 but they would’ve been just as good without it!

Pancake:

• Pumpkin puree (1/4 cup)

• Kodiak pancake mix (1/2 cup)

• Collagen powder (1 scoop)

• Cottage cheese (1/4 cup)

• Egg white (1 serving)

• Almond milk (1/4 cup)

• Pumpkin spice (1/2 tsp)

• Vanilla extract (1/2 tsp)

Optional Drizzle:

• Powdered monk fruit (1/8 cup)

• Almond milk (1 tbsp)

Nutrition:

cal 353 | fat 3.6g | carb 45.3g | protein 36.8g

*add 15g carbs if you top with the drizzle*
