Feeling Off? Try These Easy Pick-Me-Ups!

1️⃣ Tired? 😴

If you’re drained, shut off your phone and get some proper rest. Sip on a warm cup of herbal tea like chamomile or peppermint—it’s super calming. 🍵 Before bed, do a quick stretch or two to help your body relax. Calming sounds like ocean waves or soft music can also help you drift off. 🎶

2️⃣ Uninspired? 🛁

A shower is like a reset button for your brain, let the warm water wake up your senses. Step outside for some fresh air, even if it’s just for a few minutes, it works wonders. 🌿 Still stuck? Watch something uplifting or doodle freely to spark new ideas.

3️⃣ Self-doubt? 🤔

When self-doubt hits, I usually just journal, which is a great confidence boost. Try standing in a “power pose” (hands on hips, chin up) for a quick mental shift reaching out to a friend who always knows how to hype you up. 📱 Lastly, I will read some positive affirmations (on Pinterest, Ig, book, etc) to feel better.

4️⃣ Feeling Low? 🌳

I prefer moving my body with a quick walk in nature, and pay attention to the breeze or the sound of birds. 🌞 Not into walking? Dance to your favorite playlist, it boosts my mood everytime. And don’t forget to treat yourself, whether it’s chocolate or a cozy blanket, small joys matter.
