Dopamine Nation makes me realize how addicted we are to quick highs (social media, junk food) and how to reset. How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be gives me a no-BS plan to actually reach my goals. And You Are a Badass is the pep talk I usually need to stop doubting myself.

Ever since I start to explore books in this field, I truly never struggle with making new friends or starting small talk anymore. How to Win Friends & Influence People shows me how to make people genuinely like me. How to Talk to Anyone gives me easy tricks to be more confident in convos. Conversations on Love is a deep dive into what makes relationships work. And Factfulness shifts my perspective on so many things in this world.
