From my experience, the hardest days are when the temptation to give up creeps in. I remind myself of the commitment I made—not just to the program but to myself, which helps me push through moments where my brain screams 'I want to give up.' A typical workout session includes a solid 45-minute stairmaster session that really tests my endurance. I’ve learned that having a consistent habit built around these daily workouts prevents me from skipping, even on weekends or special occasions. At one point, I realized I was compromising family time, but sticking to the plan means creating a balance rather than sacrificing important moments in life. Skin care is surprisingly part of my routine too! After a tough workout and refreshing shower, I apply products like Peter Thomas Roth’s Nic Balm and a cream with 5% dimethicone that helps protect my skin barrier, especially after sweating it out. It’s small rituals like this that add to the sense of self-care and encourage me to keep going. Documenting my journey through daily vlogs has been a game changer. It holds me accountable in a public way and allows me to track progress visually. It’s not just about fitness but building mental toughness, and sharing honest updates keeps me motivated. If you’re starting 75 Hard or any challenge, my advice is to build sustainable routines and find ways—like vlogging—that keep you accountable and inspired to carry on even when the going gets tough.
