Sebastian’s Bistro truly stands out as a hidden gem within Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. Having dined here several times, I can confidently say the experience always leaves me craving more. The moment you arrive, the aroma of the freshly baked pull-apart rolls with guava butter and caramelized onion jam immediately sets the tone for a flavorful meal ahead. The all-you-care-to-eat menu is an excellent value for families or groups, with adult pricing at $38 and children’s at $20. One of my favorite parts is the Spice Necklace salad, which combines fresh ingredients with authentic Caribbean spices to perfectly awaken the palate. For the entrée, the variety of meats and sides offers something to please every guest. From tender jerk chicken to savory pork, paired with traditional Caribbean sides like rice and beans or plantains, each bite transports you to the tropics. No visit feels complete without indulging in their coconut pineapple bread pudding, topped with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. It strikes a perfect balance of sweetness and richness, finishing the meal on a high note. An added bonus is timing your dinner right to catch the spectacular fireworks show from Epcot right from the restaurant’s vantage point — a magical experience that combines great food with unforgettable views.
