Now when I’m feeling a little bit nostalgic, I whip up some of my dad’s famous Pea Salad and feel comfort with every bite. Recipe for Pea Salad:
1 (15 oz) can of sweet peas drained
2 Tbsp mayo (can add more or less to your liking)

3-4 slices of cheese chopped (I use Sargento)
1 Tsp garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
