If ur an artist and ur not selling prints of ur work… STARTTTT!!!!

Its genuinely SUCH an easy way to grow ur business and make great passive income. As long as ur promoting ur work, promoting ur prints, and leading people to purchase ur product, you WILL see success in doing this.

I’ll totally make a more in depth video on this, I’m thinking of actually doing a full YouTube video and showing the entire behind the scenes at my local print shop, what do we think??

The key is not just creating beautiful art but actively promoting your prints across different platforms—whether it's social media, your personal website, or local art fairs. I started by partnering with a local print shop to ensure high-quality reproduction, which really helped build trust with my buyers. One thing I learned along the way is that pricing your prints appropriately matters a lot; affordable prices encourage more customers to make a purchase without undervaluing your art. Also, offering limited editions or signed copies can add value and appeal to collectors. Marketing regularly is crucial. Posting behind-the-scenes content, like how prints are made, or sharing your journey as a full-time artist making passive income, helps engage potential customers. Hashtags relevant to artist communities and passive income enthusiasts can widen your reach. Overall, selling prints has allowed me to scale my art business sustainably. Not only do I earn money while focusing on creating new pieces, but I also build a loyal audience who appreciates owning my artwork in an accessible form. For artists considering passive income ideas, print sales offer an excellent balance of creativity and commerce.
