Many times, I found myself anxious, wondering if my prayers were heard, especially when the answers didn’t come immediately or as I expected. Yet, it’s in those moments—the waiting, the unknown—that faith becomes a conscious choice, not an automatic reaction. The wisdom shared from Proverbs 3:5-6 truly resonated with me: 'Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.' This taught me that trusting God means surrendering control, even when we can't see the whole plan or the road ahead clearly. It's a reminder that anxiety doesn’t mean a lack of faith; rather, it highlights the human struggle between hope and fear. During recent challenges, I realized that trusting God allowed me to face life’s storms without being overwhelmed. It wasn’t about having all the answers but about choosing to believe that God’s presence steadies the boat. Feeling scared or uncertain is natural, but deciding to trust despite fear brings strength and peace. This perspective changed how I approached daily worries, knowing that worrying is almost like a silent doubt. And so, I choose to replace worry with trust, even in the midst of hardships. This journey of faith isn’t meant to be perfect or free of anxiety but constant and intentional. Through it, I learned to acknowledge my emotions honestly—fear, frustration, and hope—without letting them dictate my peace. Trusting God means embracing the process, even when I don’t understand the timing or outcomes. When storms hit, remembering that God is in my boat transforms fear into courage, anchoring my heart with unwavering faith.
