ariana grande playlist + rating her songs🪽

i love love LOVE ariana grande. i am an ariana grande apologist. i support women’s rights AND wrongs (i love when they do bad things) especially this woman. here are nine of my favorite songs of hers plus how i would rate them and why.

the people saying “eternal sunshine” might be her greatest record so far might be onto something. personally i ride and DIE for dangerous woman & positions✨😚

i love how she has easter eggs in her music referencing moments in her life/other music she’s made. she really creates a whole world with her music. every album is connected and songs talk to each other. i love the way she responds to a lot of “the divine feminine” by mac miller in her music. it’s sad and beautiful and heartbreaking and so special🫶🏼

what are your favorite ariana grande songs? what’s your favorite album??

... Read moreSince you've already seen my top picks, let's dive even deeper into the wonderful world of Ariana Grande's music! As a fellow Arianator, I know the struggle is real when trying to pick just a few favorites. That's why building the perfect Ariana Grande playlist is an art form. Beyond just a list of her greatest hits, I love curating different playlists for every mood. For example, if you're looking for an 'Ariana Grande type beat' for a chill study session, I'd definitely recommend tracks like 'goodnight n go' from Sweetener – truly one of the best song remakes ever, as I mentioned with my 10/10 rating! Or for something more soulful, 'Tattooed Heart' from Yours Truly is a must; I even joked it "WILL be played at my wedding <3" because it's just that perfect. And of course, the emotional depth of 'The Way' (feat. Mac Miller) from that same album is an instant classic that still hits hard. If you want a power playlist to feel like a 'dangerous woman', you absolutely need 'Touch It' – honestly, justice for that song! My 11/10 rating speaks for itself. And for those moments when you're feeling a bit cheeky, 'bloodline' from thank u, next is iconic with its "i know what you need, but it won't be me" line. That's a crazy line! Let's talk albums. While Dangerous Woman and Positions hold a special place in my heart, and eternal sunshine is currently blowing everyone away (especially with that little Mac laugh at the beginning, bless her!), every single album in 'ariana grande's entire discography' offers something unique. Yours Truly: Her debut is so sweet and showcases her incredible vocal range. Beyond 'The Way' and 'Tattooed Heart', 'Baby I' and 'Right There' are pure early 2010s R&B pop gems. My Everything: This album really solidified her pop star status. Who could forget 'Problem', 'Break Free', or the emotional 'One Last Time'? It's a powerhouse album perfect for a nostalgic playlist. Sweetener: This era felt like a rebirth. It's experimental, hopeful, and deeply personal. 'God is a woman', 'no tears left to cry', and 'breathin' are all anthems of self-love and resilience. And as I mentioned, 'goodnight n go' is a standout. thank u, next: Written in incredibly difficult times, this album is a masterclass in honesty and healing. 'thank u, next', '7 rings', 'NASA', and 'bloodline' show her vulnerability and strength. Positions: A more mature, R&B-infused sound. Tracks like 'my hair' really highlight her R&Bana side, and it's full of buttery smooth vocals and suggestive lyrics. eternal sunshine: Her latest, and it's already making waves. It feels like a beautiful, introspective journey. The titular track, 'yes, and?', and 'we can't be friends (wait for your love)' are all fantastic. And we can't forget her incredible collaborations! The 'Save Your Tears (with Ariana Grande) (Remix)' with The Weeknd, especially that live performance where she surprised us, is 1000/10. It’s a testament to her versatility and ability to elevate any track. Creating a 'playlist of all of ariana grande's songs' can be a huge undertaking, but it's so rewarding to have her entire catalog at your fingertips for any mood or moment. Whether you're revisiting classics or exploring her newer work, her music always offers something new to discover. What albums do you think deserve more love?
