Three years ago, I was ready to end it all. Battling anxiety, depression, even leaving a goodbye letter to my family. I was so broken, so angry, and hurt. Tired of letting down by friends, people I called family, and even complete strangers telling you to kill myself. Saying things like, “Your mother should have swallowed you & jumped off a building after”. Even being threatened over simple misunderstandings. The weight of it all felt unbearable.

But my God had another plan, can’t even describe it. I had to understand that sometimes God allows us to be broken, not to destroy us, but to humble us and position us for where we truly belong.

On Thursday, April 27, 2023, I received a notification from @KFT CHURCH inviting me not to miss Fire Night. I had no idea what KFT was, where it was located, or how it even ended up on my Instagram feed. Looking back, I know it wasn’t a coincidence it was God finding me when I couldn’t find my way back to Him. And the rest has been history.

Today, I am overwhelmed with gratitude because God gave me another chance at life and led me to a place I now call home. Thank You, Jesus, for never giving up on me, even when I had given up on myself. And to Apostle and Prophetess, thank you for every prayer, every teaching, and every sacrifice. Your obedience to God has impacted my life in ways words can never fully express. I am forever grateful that God used you to help lead me into healing, freedom, and a deeper relationship with Him.

All glory belongs to God. 🤍🙏🏾

... Read moreReading this testimony truly resonated with me because I, too, have experienced moments where life felt unbearable due to mental health struggles and harsh experiences with others. What struck me most is the power of divine intervention and finding unexpected support through a community like KFT Church. The OCR reveals that KFT is a growing ministry with significant milestones like anniversaries, new branches, and dedicated buildings, which shows their deep commitment to fostering spiritual environments for healing and growth. From personal experience, joining a supportive faith community can greatly aid in overcoming anxiety and depression. The feeling of belonging and the prayers from dedicated leaders create an atmosphere where you feel valued and supported. Even when you hit rock bottom, having people who genuinely care and a higher sense of purpose helps in rebuilding your life step by step. Events like the "Fire Night" mentioned seem to be pivotal—these gatherings offer not just spiritual awakening but also a chance to connect with others who understand your struggles. The concept that God sometimes allows brokenness to humble us and position us for a better future is something I’ve come to believe deeply. It encourages patience and faith during tough times. The building of new ministry centers, like the "Dome" or the headquarters and new branches in Dallas and Maryland, as referenced in the OCR, reflects growth and opportunity for many seeking renewal. Such expansions signify more access points for people searching for meaning and healing. In my journey, I found journaling my feelings and sharing testimonies like this one very helpful in not only catharsis but also in inspiring others who might feel isolated. Being open about the pain and the turning points can provide hope, reminding us that no matter how dark the night, morning always comes, especially with faith and a strong community support system. If you’re struggling right now, know that finding a spiritual home or a caring group can make an enormous difference. Whether it’s through KFT Church or another supportive environment, the path from brokenness to wholeness starts with a single step towards hope and connection.
