4 weeks post op

I took the top picture screaming 😱 317LBS at me 10/25/25 2 days prior to my surgery 10/27/25. I took the bottom picture 11/16/25 and weighed in at 300LBS. Never be afraid to start again, your first time was a trial run 🏃‍♀️, learn from the mistakes and recognize bad habits and distractions.

Hernia Post Op day 4

Ok y’all. Like the doctor said. Day 3-4 will be a big turn around and wow are they right. I took oxytocin before bed and it has now been 12 hours and I have taken 1 aspirin. Still sore but the pain is so subtle. Still can’t move around a bunch and very thankful for my mom here watching
