Let’s Make it Rock?? 🎸✨🤍
Appreciate you for letting me be all over the place sometimes — and sticking around to be apart of it 💕
One day I’m showing up confident & strong in my work.
Another day I’m in full boy-mom chaos.
Another I’m sharing health struggles or mental health updates I’m still trying to understand myself.
And I used to wonder if that was all too much.
But the truth is… it’s just me & I hope others can relate.
A mom. A woman. A human being navigating real life in real time.
Not trying to be perfect or show only the good but rather show the raw, the real, the messy
If you relate to any part of that—any version of me—I’m really glad you’re here.
This space isn’t about being one thing all the time.
It’s about being real 🤍
And honestly? I hope at the least it’s a breath of ✨fresh air✨ to see the ups AND downs on your social media feed in a world where people like only share the perfectly curated
xo
Living a life where every day looks different can be a beautiful challenge. Whether it's showing up confident and strong in your work, managing the whirlwind of boy-mom chaos, or dealing with complex health and mental health issues, embracing all parts of yourself is key to real growth. Personally, I've found that acknowledging the messy, raw, and imperfect moments has been empowering. It's easy to feel pressured to only display the polished highlights on social media, but when I started sharing my full journey—including anxiety, nervous system overwhelm, postpartum changes, and survival mode days—I noticed a real connection with others facing similar struggles. It’s a reminder that no one is alone in feeling overwhelmed or uncertain sometimes. One thing I’ve learned is that authenticity cultivates community. When we show both our strengths and vulnerabilities, we invite others to do the same, creating a supportive environment. This honest approach reduces the isolation many feel when trying to appear perfect. Navigating life as a mom, woman, and human being means embracing the ebb and flow—some days are strong and motivated, others require patience and compassion for ourselves. Mental health matters just as much as physical health and deserves attention and understanding. If you’re grappling with your own version of chaos or health challenges, remember it’s okay to have multiple facets. Life isn’t about being one thing all the time but about being real. Sharing these experiences openly creates a breath of fresh air amid the curated content we often see, reminding us of our beautiful human realities.
