I am currently reading The Radium Girls, and I find myself with my jaw on the floor every time I open the book!! It’s crazy to think that this is true U.S. history, and even more crazy that it’s so rarely talked about! I was Marie Curie for a wax museum in fourth grade and that’s why I picked up this book, but I am so glad I did because I never would have known any of these insane stories unless I had an obsession with that crazy scientist lady!!
I will be starting The Romanovs after I am done reading The Radium Girls and I am super excited for this book as well. I have always been obsessed with World History and i’ve heard so many stories about the Romanov family, but have never looked too much into it which is why I picked up this book in the first place. It is a very lengthy book but it spans the family history over 300 years so in my opinion it will be more than worth it!!
