Gleb is not returning to DWTS?
We’re starting to get leaks at the cast of pros for Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars, and it seems like Gleb Savchenko isn’t part of the crew.
After Brooks Nader’s trailer for *Love Thy Nader*, Gleb posted a salty TikTok, alluding in the comments he didn’t get asked back to be on the ballroom dance show he’s been part of for 14 years:
**“14 years of loyalty, erased by someone’s lie.”**
During season 33, Gleb and Brooks’ steamy flirting could have been pushed by producers, if it was real or not. But it seems like the consequences of the season are very much real.
Gleb is typically a fantastic teacher and dancer on the show. I remember when he was paired with drag queen Shangela. The finale number where both were dressed in drag is still one of my favorites from the recent seasons.
In season 33 with Brooks though, Gleb was caught by the judges using the wrong frame. The choreography seemed sloppy.
I personally feel like if you are a pro, you should be held to a standard of teaching your partners who are supposedly there to dance. Brooks pushed this “romance” too, so I guess both are at fault. But while this season was a one-time thing for Brooks, it’s Gleb’s job, and I guess not taking it seriously last season might result in his absence when the new season premieres next month. #Lemon8Partner #GlebSavchenko #brooksnader #DancingwiththeStars #DWTS
Fans of Dancing with the Stars have long admired Gleb Savchenko for his dedication and skill, having served as a pro dancer on the show for 14 years. His reputation as a meticulous teacher and captivating performer earned him a loyal following. However, recent developments hint at a surprising shift in the Season 34 lineup, sparking conversations about what led to Gleb’s possible departure. The buzz intensified after the release of Brooks Nader’s trailer for *Love Thy Nader*, which was followed by Gleb’s notably sharp reaction on TikTok. His comment about having "14 years of loyalty, erased by someone’s lie" suggests backstage drama may have influenced casting decisions. Some speculate that issues during Season 33, particularly criticisms about his teaching standards and dance execution — especially involving his partner Brooks Nader — contributed to this outcome. Season 33 was notable for the chemistry between Gleb and Brooks, which generated both viewer interest and controversy. While their on-screen connection could have been producer-driven, real-life consequences seemed to have followed. Judges pointed out flaws such as the use of the wrong frame and uneven choreography, raising questions about Gleb’s commitment to his professional responsibilities. Since pros are expected not only to dance but to mentor effectively, this might have factored into the decision to exclude him from the upcoming season. Despite this, many fans fondly recall memorable performances like the one with Shangela, where Gleb demonstrated both creativity and respect for performance art, highlighting his versatility. It’s clear that while the recent troubles have cast a shadow, his legacy on the show includes some truly standout moments. Looking ahead, Season 34's cast will be closely watched by loyal DWTS viewers eager to see the evolving group of professionals. Gleb’s potential absence highlights how high standards are maintained on reality competition shows and how personal dynamics behind the scenes can impact casting. For fans, this change raises questions about the future direction of the show and how new pros will fill the gap left by long-term veterans like Gleb Savchenko. Ultimately, whether Gleb returns or not, his impact on Dancing with the Stars remains significant, reminding us of the complex blend of talent, professionalism, and personal relationships that shape popular reality TV programming today.
