Recovery is NOT easy anyone who says otherwise is a liar. Almost everyone rélàpses at some point and that does NOT mean you failed, you just took a small step back so you can keep moving forward. Each time you recover you get better and better and it gets easier and easier. You just have to keep choosing yourself and what makes you better :)

Also I’m helping to create a mental health app called Letheia (IM SO EXCITED I CANT EVEN BEGIN TO EXPRESS) and it’s on the App Store pretty much worldwide for Apple phones (android coming soon!) and if you guys would want to download it and give feedback so we can add or change anything you guys need :) (ALSO ITS FREE!!) I will have the link to the app and to the survey form in my bio !! 🤍🤍🤍#relapse #keepmovingforward #mentalhealthawareness #recoverypage

... Read moreRecovery is a deeply personal and often non-linear process that requires patience, self-compassion, and resilience. Many people find themselves struggling with setbacks, often referred to as relapses, but it is crucial to understand that these moments don’t define failure. Instead, they are part of the natural progression toward healing and growth. The phrase “you took a small step back to keep moving forward :)” perfectly encapsulates this mindset—acknowledging temporary regressions while maintaining focus on overall progress. One important aspect of navigating recovery is recognizing that each relapse can provide valuable insights. It teaches what triggers to avoid or how to better equip oneself emotionally and mentally to handle challenges. Instead of harsh self-criticism, treating yourself with kindness and understanding encourages sustainable long-term change. Recovery isn’t about perfection; it’s about persistence and continually choosing what makes you better. Innovations like the Letheia mental health app are transforming how individuals can support themselves during this journey. Currently available worldwide on the Apple App Store (with Android coming soon), Letheia offers a free platform where users can access resources aimed at mental wellness. What’s especially empowering about this app is its development process — it actively involves users by seeking their feedback to optimize features and content, making it more user-friendly and tailored to actual needs. Beyond tools and apps, community support and awareness play a critical role. Engaging with hashtags such as #relapse, #keepmovingforward, #mentalhealthawareness, and #recoverypage helps foster a supportive environment where users can share their stories, find empathy, and encourage one another. Being part of this collective experience reminds us that none of us are alone in our struggles. True recovery combines realistic expectations with practical support systems—self-love, professional help, peer encouragement, and accessible technology. By embracing setbacks as part of moving forward, individuals empower themselves to heal better and stronger. Remember, every step, even a small step back, is valuable progression toward a healthier mind and fuller life.
