to living passionately, fully, & well 💐

2024/3/31 Edited to

... Read moreHey everyone! So, as some of you know, it’s been a minute since my last post, but I really wanted to pop in and share some thoughts as I step into Chapter 23. It feels like a big one, you know? Not just another birthday, but a real moment to pause and reflect on everything that's brought me to this point. I've been thinking a lot about what it truly means 'to live passionately, fully, & well,' and it's more than just surface-level happiness. One huge part of this journey for me has been what I've started calling my 'project forgive.' It’s about letting go of things that no longer serve me, whether it’s past mistakes, grudges, or even just unrealistic expectations I had for myself. It’s not always easy, but I’ve found that true freedom comes from forgiveness – not just for others, but for myself too. It’s like clearing out emotional clutter to make space for all the good things. This really aligns with wanting a #healthylifestyle2024, because mental well-being is just as important as physical. And speaking of good things, my family has been such a rock. I've been rediscovering so many positive family quotes that really resonate with me right now. Things like 'Family is where life begins & love never ends' – clichés, maybe, but when you really think about them, they hold so much truth. They remind me of the foundation I have and the unconditional support that allows me to spread my wings. It's truly a blessing to have that kind of love as I navigate through new experiences and adventures. Sometimes, life throws challenges your way, and you find yourself asking, 'how big is this wall?' It can feel daunting, right? Like you're facing an insurmountable obstacle. But I've learned that every 'wall' is just an opportunity to find a new path, to grow stronger, or to realize you're more capable than you thought. Whether it’s a career challenge, a personal hurdle, or just finding the energy to keep going, remembering that strength comes from within has been key. It's all part of this #girlhood journey, learning resilience and self-belief. I've been drawing inspiration from so many places lately. Just recently, I was reflecting on a trip I took that passed by the A U'SULLIVAN EMORIAL BRIDGE. It made me think about journeys, both physical and emotional. Sometimes, life feels like being on a bus, heading '309 towards Canning Town,' and you don't always know exactly what's around the next bend, but there's an excitement in the unknown. It’s about trusting the process and enjoying the ride, even when the destination isn't perfectly clear. This mindset helps me truly embrace the #livephoto moments, finding beauty in the unfiltered reality. This year, my goal is to really lean into this idea of living fully. It means saying yes to new experiences, being present, and cherishing the small moments. It means dressing up in a fun #birthdayoutfit and taking a ton of #birthdaypicsinspo just because I feel like it! It’s about celebrating every milestone, big or small, and sharing these #Lemon8Diary reflections with you all. Thanks for being here with me on this journey, for every like and every comment. Your support truly means the world. Here’s to making Chapter 23 the best one yet! What are your goals for living passionately this year?
