- when they say ridiculously unflavored, they mean it. I add this stuff to my smoothies, coffee, and other random stuff and i can never taste the difference, so far the only exception is yogurt, can definitely taste it in yogurt.

- I know I will probably be locked in getting in protein will help keep me satiated for a long while as well as keeping my immune system and muscle mass in check
