Moms/Wives, how do you stay disciplined?

Specifically, how do you stay disciplined when it comes to eating healthy? I find it hard when the people in my household have no interest or desire to eat healthy. My husband says, “You don’t have to eat what I bring in the house.” I get that, but it’s hard to stay disciplined when the junk is in the house.

When we were separated, I had no issue losing weight. However, since we’ve reconciled, I’ve noticed that I have gained 16 pounds! And it’s because I don’t know how to separate my lifestyle from his. I tend to adapt to his lifestyle. This is how I gained 50 lbs when we first started dating. I don’t want this to happen again. I don’t want to lose myself again. So please share tips below ⬇️

Disclaimer: it’s not easy for me to share this, but I’m in desperate need of help. My birthday is next month, and summer is around the corner, and I want to look good!

I have the same problem. My husband brings home junk once in a while and I usually eat it. But I have it in my head this time that I want to loose the weight and be healthy for myself. Just remember eating healthy is a way of showing yourself self love. And be a good example for your kids.
