Breakfast in Las Vegas

I have to say, the best restaurant I've ever been to in Vegas is Blueberry Hill. I've been there twice in two day and I still can't stop thinking about their delicious blueberry muffins. Even though I went alone, I enjoyed the freedom of being able to choose where and what I wanted to eat. Next time you're in Vegas, make sure to add Blueberry Hill to your list of must-try restaurants! I enjoy eating at the bar, I met so many amazing and lonely people just like me. #lasvegas #partyofone #travel #lemon8creator ##foodoflemon8 Blueberry Hill Restaurant & Bakery

... Read moreMy first visit to Blueberry Hill in Las Vegas truly opened my eyes to what a great breakfast spot should be. While their blueberry muffins are undeniably a star, I quickly discovered so much more to love about their menu. If you're anything like me and constantly on the hunt for the perfect breakfast, you absolutely have to try their pancakes! They have a fantastic selection, from classic buttermilk stacks to more adventurous options. I remember seeing a table next to me enjoying what looked like incredible blueberry-infused French toast, which is definitely on my list for next time. It’s clear they put a lot of love into their griddle items, and the syrup just hits different there! Beyond the amazing food, one thing that really struck me was the atmosphere – it truly feels like a welcoming 'family restaurant' even if you're dining solo like I was. I noticed so many families with kids, everyone happily munching away. The vibe is casual and friendly, making it a comfortable spot for any group size. It’s a stark contrast to some of the fancier, more intimidating spots in Vegas. And speaking of dining solo, my experience at the bar was fantastic. The sign I saw that said 'EAT AT THE BAR SO YOU NEVER ARE ALONE' really resonated with me. I met some genuinely interesting people and felt completely at ease. It's a great option if you're traveling by yourself and want to enjoy a delicious meal without feeling out of place. Of course, I can't talk about Blueberry Hill without mentioning their famous chicken and waffles. I had them on my first visit, and honestly, they're a game-changer. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and the waffles are light and fluffy – a perfect sweet and savory combo that satisfies every craving. It's truly a 'BREAKFAST LAS VEGAS' highlight. A little tip from my experience: if you go during peak brunch hours, expect a bit of a wait, but trust me, it's worth it. I usually try to go a little earlier or later to avoid the biggest crowds. It's become my absolute go-to for a hearty, comforting meal whenever I'm in town. You leave feeling full, happy, and ready to tackle whatever Las Vegas throws your way. Seriously, add this gem to your list!
