MINIMAL MAKEUP ROUTINE ✨
When I want to wear makeup but don’t want full glam, this is what I’m doing. Saie & Merit are my favorite face products for sensitive, acne prone skin - I don’t think all of their products are acne safe but these are what works for me. Minimal eyes and a neutral lip are the key for me!! Still noticeable but quick and nothing crazy. 🤌🏼
In my experience, sticking to a minimal makeup routine not only saves time but also helps maintain healthier skin, especially when dealing with sensitivity and acne. Using products like Saie's pressed powder and Summer Fridays’ blush offers a natural glow without feeling heavy or clogging pores. The Merit complexion stick and bronzing balm add just the right amount of warmth and coverage without overloading the skin. For eyes, I find that lightly sculpting my brows with Refy brow sculpt and applying a delicate layer of Refy Hyper Lash mascara opens up my eyes beautifully without the look feeling overdone. Sometimes, a quick coat of the Catrice mascara can be a nice alternative for a different texture. When it comes to lips, I love using the Refy lip sculpt followed by a touch of Gloss Glasting Color from rom&nd – it gives a subtle shine and a hint of color that keeps the overall look fresh and effortless. One tip I highly recommend is to avoid layering too many products, as that can irritate sensitive or acne-prone skin. Instead, focus on multi-functional products like the Merit complexion stick, which can be used on cheeks and lips for a cohesive, minimal makeup look. Overall, this routine is perfect for those who want to enhance their natural features without spending too much time or stressing their skin, making it ideal for daily wear or casual occasions.
