Keeping track of my workouts has been crucial; I've been burning an average of 557 calories each training session. Tracking metrics like my weight, which has shifted by +8.6 lbs, and my body fat can motivate others with similar goals. Monitoring my average heart rate during workouts (117 BPM) helps me understand my cardiovascular fitness. In addition to dieting and workouts, using aids like Wegovy can optimize weight loss results, but they should be paired with healthy habits. Many find that progress can plateau; thus, maintaining variety in workouts and nutrition is essential. Being part of a community, such as those using hashtags like #hellolemon8 on Lemon8, helps in sharing experiences and tips, fostering a supportive environment. Regularly checking in on calorie intake and physical activity, including monitoring aspects like active calories and distance—weighing my progress with stats like my elevation gain and workout duration (45 minutes)—has been foundational in my journey. Remember, individuality matters vastly; what works for one may vary for another. Adaptation and patience are key components for sustained success in any fitness journey.
