Bacon Cheeseburger Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

4 large bell peppers (any color)

1 lb ground beef

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 small onion, finely diced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup cooked rice (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Place the peppers in a baking dish and set aside.

Cook the Filling:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Mix the Ingredients:

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the cream cheese is melted and fully incorporated. Add the cooked bacon and optional cooked rice for a heartier filling.
