Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

For the Corn:

2 cups frozen corn, thawed

1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Garnish:

2 jalapeños, thinly sliced

For the Creamy Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/8 teaspoon black pepper
