Salem Day 2
Primary human got up early to do her morning routine, and then both humans headed out to the Black Cat Diner (are they cheating on me with another cat AND food?). primary human got toasted coconut French toast (she said it was good), and secondary human got Reese's French toast (he let PH try some and she liked it but said it was very sweet). they gave it a 10/10.
Most places they wanted to visit didn't open until 11, so they came back and spent some time with me at home before leaving again. PH told me they went to a famous café called The Red Line where PH got a chai latte (it was very sweet), and SH got regular coffee (he needs this to live and function). It was VERY cold and windy today, but PH was all bundled up in a coat and her fox catigan, so she stayed warm. they gave it a 8/10 and are hoping to do breakfast there tomorrow (something about food looking pastries, I dont know it has nothing to do with things I like)
They stopped at a little pet shop and got me a brush (I demand daily morning brushes), did some shopping, and found a book for working with familiars (hello? I'm very easy to work with). They came home and brushed me and played with me before heading out to dinner at Olde Main Street Pub. they also gave me a new treat before feeding me dinner - dried fish. I didn't like it very much as food, but I enjoyed batting it around as a toy. my dinner was salmon pate, which i much preferred.
PH got a Witche's Orchard mocktail (cider, cinnamon, and ginger ale - she clearly has a type), SH got a Meadows and mist mocktail (not pictured. it has elderflower and mint). Both of them got butternut squash soup, and PH got shepherd pie for dinner (why you'd want to eat the shepherd and not the sheep is beyond me). oh, and she got sticky toffee pudding for dessert. he got creme brulee (that wasn't very toasted...) overall, they give it an 8/10.
then they came back and stayed with me all night. lots of reading and crochet. i got lots of cuddles.
