Every winter for about the past 6 years, I deal with cyclical rounds of eczema flare ups on my hands, that only go away with dedicated application of some sort of lotion or oil topped with a thick moisturizer, such as aquaphor. It seems to have gotten worse this past year or so. Has anyone else
