I’ve been trying for the past couple of days to get some good photos of Asher, he is a piggy when it comes to food and trying to keep him still 🤣 but honestly, pictures just don’t do him justice; his vibrant red points and striking blue eyes are absolutely stunning in person. He’s such a handsome, well-built boy and is going to be a large, impressive cat when full grown.
I’m honestly shocked that he’s still here; Asher will be 5 months old soon! Red points are extremely rare in the Highlander breed, and they’re one of my personal favorites. I’d be tempted to keep him myself if it weren’t for the fact that his ears didn’t curl quite as much as I’d hoped and he’s polydactyl up front. But wow, his temperament is absolutely golden though. Asher loves dogs, people, and just about everything in between. He truly wants to be everyone’s best friend.
He carries the Tbox tail variant and has a TICA Studbook code. He’s a Highlander Red Point Non-Standard Shorthair male with loose curl ears, polydactyl front paws, and hock-length tail (NST).
My kittens usually don’t go home until they’re between 14–18 weeks of age, and Asher is now 20 weeks old more than ready to find his forever family. Someone is going to be incredibly lucky to have him.
