It's more than just damage; it's about the style, the versatility, and the feeling of being a magical duelist. But Red Mage isn't my only affection! I also absolutely adore the Dancer. There's a lightness and grace to its playstyle that's distinct from any other job. The thrill of supporting my party with powerful buffs while unleashing a beautiful array of steps and fan dances is incredibly satisfying. It's a job that perfectly balances DPS with vital team utility, making every encounter a performance. And who could forget the steadfast Paladin? There’s a profound sense of responsibility and bravery that comes with tanking, and Paladin embodies it perfectly with its shining armor and ability to protect allies. Standing on the front lines, shielding my friends, and delivering justice with sword and shield – that's a feeling of heroism that truly resonates. Even the formidable Gunbreaker has its charm; the raw power and unique combo system make it an exhilarating choice for those who crave a more aggressive tanking style. The sheer variety and depth of combat in Final Fantasy XIV mean there’s always something new to love across the different classes. Thinking back to 2019, the launch of Shadowbringers brought so much excitement and fresh content, truly elevating the game. That era, for me, was about rediscovering my passion for these jobs amidst new challenges and unforgettable story beats. It's not just the mechanics; it's the memories forged with friends and allies, conquering raids together, exploring breathtaking new zones, and simply enjoying the vibrant community of Final Fantasy XIV.
