Considering the current state of the world, where many feel overwhelmed, it’s beneficial to remember that we're not alone. Implementing practices such as mindfulness and gratitude alongside prayer can enhance our overall well-being. Even during challenging times, maintaining hope is crucial, as it keeps us focused on positive outcomes.
