Regulating my Irregular period

I have always had an irregular period ever since I first started when I was 14. I have never really worried about it until lately. My Cycle varies between 34 and 72 days which is very abnormal. I am married and wanting to have kids in the next few years and so that’s really what is motivating me right now to figure out how to get my body to ovulate regularly and on its own. I follow a girl named Mila who has PCOS and has dedicated her life to figuring out natural and holistic ways to balance hormones without medication. She has a hormone balancing drink that has helped reverse her PCOS symptoms, and she gives out the recipe for free and that’s where I found these ingredients. Her recipe Has a lot more ingredients than this, so it ends up being pretty expensive, so I looked through her research and found that these are the supplements that are specifically targeted towards regulating your cycle and helping with ovulation and fertility support. So far I have been taking these together for almost 3 weeks and here is what I’ve noticed so far.

- stronger nails and hair

- better overall mood

- less irritability

What is hoping for:

-Regulate and get a normal cycle where I’m menstruating every month hopefully.

-Get my body ovulating on its own

-help my mood

Research suggests that certain nutrients like Inositol, D-5,000, and L-Tyrosine may play pivotal roles in hormonal balance and overall reproductive health. Inositol, particularly, is renowned for its positive impact on ovarian function and regular menstrual patterns. Additionally, Vitamin D, delivered in the form of D-5,000, has been linked to improved fertility outcomes. Chromium, though often overlooked, can enhance insulin sensitivity, which may further support hormonal regulation. Lastly, the amino acid L-Tyrosine contributes to the production of thyroid hormones, essential for a proper reproductive function. Implementing these supplements into your daily regime, alongside a balanced diet and lifestyle changes, could help you achieve your goal of regular ovulation and a healthy menstrual cycle.
