Failing the NCLEX was probably the best thing to happen to me.

Hear me out…

Prior to failing I had no structure, no study plan, no support.

It was just me, myself, and I living on a prayer.

After I failed I was so pissed off I made a vow to myself that if I failed again I was done with nursing.

Instead of trying to figure it out on my own I did what I had to do to ensure my success.

I found a mentor, I formed a study group, I got a reputable Qbank, I got rid of the excuses and got to work.

Qbanks are great but without strategy and structure behind it, it’s almost useless 🤷🏽‍♀️

If you’re ready to stop guessing, I’ve got 4 spots left in my NCLEX Power Spring group coaching program.

5 weeks of coaching, structure, strategy, and support.

If that’s the type of energy you want and need comment ready and I’ll send you the deets. #nclex #nclexpass #nclexfail #nursingstudent

... Read moreBurnout and frustration during NCLEX prep are all too common among nursing students. I’ve been there—tearing up in the middle of a study session, overwhelmed by the endless material and feeling stuck. What I realized is that pushing through without a clear plan just leads to more burnout and no progress. After my initial failure, I took a step back and reassessed my approach. One key change was embracing structured study with clear goals each week. Joining a group and sharing experiences helped me stay accountable and refreshed my motivation. Having a mentor guide me through tough concepts made a huge difference as well. Using Qbanks effectively requires more than just random practice; it needs a strategy tied to understanding your weak areas and using those questions to improve them. Without this structure, many hours can be wasted guessing instead of learning. Mental health matters too. Incorporating regular breaks, exercise, and self-care prevented me from feeling burnt out or defeated. It’s important to acknowledge those tough moments instead of pushing through blindly. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed like I was, consider seeking a supportive community or coaching program that offers strategy and encouragement. Personalized guidance, combined with a solid study plan, can transform your NCLEX journey from frustration to confidence.
