Micro🍄🟫ing is not a linear process 🌈🍄🟫🦋
It’s something that you may move towards & also move away from many times throughout your life. It’s not like pharmaceuticals that need to be taken at the same exact time, every single day. It is only something that is consumed a few times per week, at most, 5 days in a row.
It’s important to listen to your intuition when you are doing this type of work. A calling to work with a specific medicine whether it be mushrooms or some other type of psych🌈, feels like a craving for it. It’s not the kind of craving that you get when you are addicted to a substance, it will ebb & flow over time. You will just feel this slight energetic pull towards it.
When you are feeling the urge to use the medicine, that is the medicine communicating with you. It communicates with you, even if you are not under it’s influence. It is alive & conscious & just like herbal medicine, when you feel drawn to a certain herbal medicine, this means that the spirit of that medicine is talking to you.
Just like we have spirit animals that we are drawn to for unknown reason, at least until we begin working with it & researching it, we also have spirit plants. If you are feeling an intense urge to work with a specific type of medicine whether it is a psych🌈 or an herbal medicine, this most likely means that, that medicine is one of your spirit plants.
Listen to the urges & tap into them. Plant medicines don’t speak with words, they speak with telepathy. Which is something that every human being is capable of, but we are taught at an early age that it’s not real & we learn to not follow our intuition so our ability to communicate this way dulls down. The more that you tap into the intuitive telepathic communication, the stronger it gets. Working more with this medicine frequently & surrendering to it is how we become more in touch with it.
From my own experience, microdosing is truly a unique and highly personal journey rather than a strict regimen. Unlike daily pharmaceuticals, I find that my engagement with these medicines ebbs and flows naturally. There are times when I feel a gentle pull, almost like an energetic nudge, guiding me towards them, and other times when that urge fades. This intermittent rhythm helps me honor my body's signals and prevents overuse. What I appreciate most is recognizing that the medicine seems alive—it's not just about the chemical effects but also a form of communication. I’ve noticed that even when I’m not actively microdosing, certain medicines will subtly call to me, much like a spirit plant or protector. This aligns with the concept that these plants communicate telepathically, bypassing words. While society often dismisses such intuition, I encourage trusting these sensations with an open heart and mind. Engaging regularly with my spirit plants, like psilocybin mushrooms or other herbal allies, has helped me strengthen this telepathic bond. Through consistent practice and surrender, I’ve become more attuned to the fleeting insights and emotional shifts they facilitate. This deeper connection transformed microdosing from a mere routine to a healing dialogue where my intuition and the medicine co-create my experience. I recommend others approaching microdosing with patience and mindfulness. When you feel a craving or urge, honor it without forcing. Over time, you’ll build a personal map of how and when to engage, making the process deeply meaningful and supportive of your well-being. Remember, it’s less about regimented doses and more about tuning into the living wisdom of the medicine and your inner guidance.
