3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups water
Tsp salt (or till the ancestors tell you “ya coño!)
half stick cold butter cut in slices
1 egg room temp
Once all combined let “poof” for about an hr
Make little balls (dust your hands with flour so it’s not sticky!!)
and then ROLL out 🤣🤣
