Baby #3 🤍✨
Hi everyone! I’ve posted here before. I found out at 6 weeks that I’m pregnant. We have two boys (almost 3 in Feb and almost 2 in March) and were hoping for a girl this time — please no hate 🤍
I haven’t had an ultrasound yet, and we plan to do the 10-week blood test. This pregnancy has felt very different compared to when I was pregnant with my boys.
Yes I used ChatGPT to help me put the chart together what do you guys think it will be? I know it says girl on the chart.
Pregnancy with a third baby often brings a mix of excitement and new experiences, especially when hoping for a girl after having two boys. From personal experience, the cravings during early pregnancy can be surprisingly different with each child. For instance, sweet and sour cravings often signal a girl, according to traditional pregnancy craving theories, and this aligns with common indicators many moms notice. Emotional changes can also be pronounced; feeling very tired or unusually emotional early on is typical but varies from pregnancy to pregnancy. I found that keeping track of symptoms and cravings using charts—like the one powered by AI tools such as ChatGPT—adds a fun, interactive layer to the waiting period before ultrasounds. These charts can include factors like cravings (salty vs. sweet), energy levels, and even dreams, which some believe might hint at the baby’s gender, although they aren’t scientifically proven. It's important to remember that every pregnancy is unique, and the experience of carrying a third child can feel different from the first two. Even the emotional response and physical symptoms can shift, possibly due to hormone changes or lifestyle differences. Engaging with supportive communities and sharing your journey can provide comfort and valuable insights. Having two boys close in age, preparing for the dynamics of a third child, especially if it's a girl, involves adapting routines and anticipating changes in family interactions. Many moms find that documenting these moments, using digital tools and personal observations, can create memorable keepsakes and help manage expectations. Lastly, while charts and cravings are fun and sometimes accurate, the most reliable confirmation comes from medical tests like the 10-week blood work and ultrasound scans. Until then, embracing the journey and sharing real-life updates can help build a positive, supportive community around pregnancy and parenting.
