Self-care isn't selfish; it's essential for maintaining your energy and enthusiasm for life. By prioritizing my well-being, I find I have more to give and, most importantly, more capacity to truly enjoy the days as they unfold. It’s an ongoing journey, but these simple steps have made a significant impact on my ability to consistently have an enjoyable day.
