So, I stumbled on this super cool idea from a scientist: say 6 affirmations, 3 times a day, for 9 days, and it can actually start shifting your DNA. Crazy, right? But honestly, I’m all about giving things like this a shot. For the past week, I’ve been experimenting with it, and let me tell you—it’s something. I feel lighter, more grounded, and kinda like my vibe is getting a whole new reset.
