🐘 There are really elephants walking on the beach on Elephant Island! 🌴
At first I thought "Elephant Island" was just the name of the island.
Until one evening, I sat in Kai Bae Beach, getting the sea wind, watching the sunset gradually change the sea color to orange gold.
And then suddenly...
There was an elephant actually walking out on the beach. 🐘
It was confusing and very exciting because it happened completely.
📍 Kai Bae Beach is one of my favorite beaches on Elephant Island.
There's not much chaos here. There aren't too many tourists.
Most of them will be locals walking, swimming or watching the sunset.
The sand here is very clean and soft.
During the high tide, people will see people swimming in the sea.
At low tide, children come out to find crabs, play in the sand, or build sand castles.
The atmosphere is as casual as a real day of rest.
🐘 about the elephant on the beach.
I don't have it every day.
But because there's an elephant camp nearby, sometimes they take elephants out for walks by the sea.
If anyone comes and accidentally meets
Considered very lucky
A photo can be taken with an elephant or greeted nearby.
If like, it can give a small tip to the elephant keeper, too.
Perhaps the best moment of the journey
Well, it's not a loud place.
But a small moment we didn't expect.
Like seeing an elephant walk on the beach at sunset like this. 🧡
